I expected to be there maybe 15-20 minutes and then on my way with at least an apology for the inconvenience or maybe a discount on the rental. They did call and I left the beach to return to the Budget office to complete the rental paperwork.
When I arrived at the time I indicated on the reservation, I was informed that there were no cars available so they shuttled me and 5 other people who were all in the same situation to our respective hotels with the promise that they would call about 3 hours later when cars were returned.
